Refunds and Return Policy

Hawaiʻi Cacao Express is unable to accept any returns on chocolate.

Due to the unpredictable nature of temperature fluctuations during shipping, and potential delays through mail carriers, Hawaii Cacao Express only ships on Mondays to try and ensure your order isn’t held over the weekend, and packs every order with extra insulation to give your chocolate the best chance of arriving in pristine condition. Make sure you protect your order once it’s arrived. Keep your chocolate cool and dry upon delivery.

If possible, Hawaii Cacao Express will resend your order if it goes missing in transit to you, or arrives with substantial or unusual damage (Not including chocolate bloom or other imperfections to the surface of the chocolate). If not enough stock remains to resend an order, a full refund will be issued. In any instances of damage, please email hawaiicacaoexpress@gmail.com with pictures and details.
